Customer service is a joke. I was given a gift certificate of $100 and rewards of $29.99 for purchasing a very expensive Samsung bespoke fridge.
I could not place an order to use the $ on Samsung order page and customer service cannot find a way to do it either. All I want to order is some filters for the new fridge, but NO! I’m told they cannot do that! After an hour with 4 different people, none of whom spoke understandable English I asked for a supervisor or department head and was told they could not do that either.
