I bought an S-20 Samsung off the internet, that was sealed and brand new. After 10 months the camera quit working. I contacted Samsung for repair. They sent me to the local repair facility 20 miles away, who then indicated there was no warranty per Samsung. I called customer service from that location and asked why the sent me there, with no good response. They then indicated, per the serial number (IME #) there was no warranty, as I did not buy it from one of their authorized dealers. This Sucks!!!!!! Bad business.
