The discounts they promote are not genuine—they frequently adjust the sale price and the advertised discount. This behavior appears to breach the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (CPRs), which prohibit misleading commercial practices, including deceptive pricing and advertising. What’s even more disappointing is Samsung’s response. When I raised this issue with their customer service, they dismissed my concerns entirely, stating they can change their pricing at will. I’ve repeatedly explained that the problem isn’t the price itself or their terms and conditions, but the inaccurate and misleading advertised discounts. Yet, they refuse to address the core issue. In summary, avoid Samsung. Choose a reputable manufacturer that upholds integrity, values customer feedback, and doesn’t rely on misleading sales tactics.
