I purchased the Refrigerator where you can change the panel fronts. Upon delivery you only get the one color and then have to order your chosen color from Samsung. It has been almost 5 months and they sent partial panels but not all of them. I spoke to customer service, who I might say are of no use, and they wanted to refund me for the cost of one panel that did not arrive, but to do that I would need to call the police and do a police report for a missing package! So, my question is, this is a 4 panel refrigerator, why would I want 3 panels in one color and then 1 in another? They did not seem to understand why I was not wanting to call the police nor have mis-matched panels. NEVER again will I deal with them. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE....avoid their products.
