After years of being a loyal costumer, samsung disappoints again.
After numerous orders from the legit website , I recived an email stating we'll get a free pair of ear buds as a gift due to my previous order.
I've got in touch with support as the free item didn't arrive after a month of waiting for it, but apparently the offer started thr day after my purchase, but in the email it never started we'll get them just if I oreded them in a specific periid time.
Very disappointing .
