DISHWASHER SERVICE CALL
Technician installed heat pump but didn't have the proper hose clamps and he zip-tied them and sand that should work fine
5 minutes after he left the hose blew off and flooded our new kitchen and floor.
It's been nearly a week and no one has scheduled a return to fix it after countless attempts to contact them to fix it. They have (meaning you guys) been so fixated on fileing a claim for damage no one wants to talk about fixing what they broke....I am worse off then when they first came out. I NEED IT FIX.
