I have been a customer with Samsung phones for the past 15 years. I also have 4 other products from Samsung. Few months ago I traded my S24 to Fold 6. Samsung accidentally mailed me 3 phones. The very next day I FedEx all 3 phones back to Samsung. Subsequently I did get new phone few days later. A week later Samsung only refunded 1 phone. When I called customer service they claimed that I only send 1 phone. Fortunately zi had the FedEx receipt . They refused to pay for the 2 phones totaling $ 2918. 72. Spoke to customer service more than dozen times and also wrote to CEO of Samsung at least 4 times but no HELP at all. Thank God I paid with American express. They investigated and after 3 moths they refeunded my money. Been a loyal customer I was treated very very badly. NEVER NEVER AGAIN ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS
