The whole process was quick and smooth. We had great service from Charles who explained the cars really well to us, was very patient and understanding of our needs and a pleasure to deal with. He arranged a test drive on the spot, we agreed a deal on the Saturday and the car was ready Monday to take away.
The past exchange and arrangements were very simple thanks to Aveen.
