Struggling to give even a 1 star review. Very poor before, during and after purchasing a car. If it wasn't the car I wanted we would have gone elsewhere. Before: several calls from different people confirming when we were planning a visit, neither had the information we had previously given. Ok not too bad. However when turning up on the day only an hour early we left after 3 and half hours with only 20 mins interaction during that time. Have a look at the car, change the offer on my trade in several times and sign some papers. Agree to return a week later on the following Sunday to collect the car providing everything agreed. No call received to say finance accepted yet email received to sign paperwork. Had to make a call to check this was genuine. This paperwork was wrong. 3 phonecalls later received replacement paperwork. Every time I rang with a query the call ended with see you Friday and see you Saturday 'no we will be there on Sunday'
Arrived Sunday. Signed paperwork, car signed over, there's your keys. Really? No let's look over, are you happy, any questions? Told you'll receive a call or email on Monday regarding the Service and MOT paperwork and will find out where the 2nd key is. I called about 8 times from Tuesday onwards as no calls were made to myself during the week each time saying to not call my husband as he works nights, call my number its my car. My husband had some missed calls, I've not had any. Still outstanding the details for the service, MOT and my spare key. I've given up ringing!!!
