Our old skillet had seen better days so I started the hunt for a replacement. Fortunately for me, after being disappointed by a rival brand pan, I realized I could replace our old skillet with the same SCANPAN. It is just right--a nice size, and the coating doesn't require plastic utensils (which I don't have anyway) to be used. Great product!
