I have other Scanpan frying pans in various sizes. This one with the stainless mirror finish and newer non-stick is the best yet. Absolutely love the pan. I never wash my pans in the dishwasher and don't use metal utensils. They are so easy to clean. Some of my other pans are several years old and never lost the non-stick. This pan with the stainless bottom and finish is way better than the older ones with the Aluminum bottom although they still hold up well. Scanpan is the best non-stick available.
