The SCANPAN PRODUCTS are excellent kitchen tools! Some of the best out there. The reason for the 4 stars is for their customer service. The reason I finally broke down and bought this set is because they sent me a 15% off coupon and free shipping. After putting it in my cart and paying I noticed they did not take off the 15%. I contacted customer service 3 times. Each time I was told they would refund the 15% off back to my credit card. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I am very disappointed in the service (or lack of service) I received.
