I hurt my knee coming up the stairs when the Windermere escalators weren't working. When I got back to the convention center I saw the scooters for rent. The lady was sweet and helpful.
I do think the cost was a bit high and takes advantage of people with mobility issues. But I was grateful to be able to get around and not have to miss my classes.
