I had one bad experience and several excellent experiences... I love that the scooters are small so can fit in an accessible room, easily. It is easily controlled so you aren't mowing people down. It lets me get from place to place and keep up with my friends when I have to walk long distances; like on a ship or on the strip, in Vegas. The one bad experience was when they gave me one that wasn't fully charged but it said that it was and I kept getting stuck. I usually find them very nice. I have rented a lot of them and will continue to do so whenever I travel.
