The young man who brought the scooter to me before my cruise failed to make sure I knew I could adjust the scooter so I would have more leg room. I tried turning what I thought would adjust it on about the 3rd or 4th day but the big knob would not turn so I didn't think it could be adjusted. I mention that it was too bad that I didn't get more leg room to the young man who went with me to the pick up spot when I returned and he was surprised that the young man at the start of the cruise didn't tell me. Due to my severe knee pain it was very uncomfortable getting in and out of the scooter to whole 7 days! That was disappointing.
