The past two cruises were nightmares. On the first cruise, the Scooter left me stranded 4 decks away from my stateroom. Without any warning, it just stopped. Fortunately, the ship had a spare and after several hours it was delivered. On the last cruise, Scootaround failed to deliver my scooter at all. After producing a copy of my invoice I was awarded a broken-down scooter that had to be charged numerous times each day due to a defective battery. I placed numerous calls to Scootaround and only got the runaround from them. Mark was out and out rude.
