I rented this scooter for a Carnival cruise. I was met at the parking garage with my scooter and was allowed to take it to my car upon returning from my cruise. The only hiccup was information incorrectly announced by Carnival that the scooter could not be taken from the ship. I will rent from Scoot Around again!
