I have use this company on three different cruises and have been very happy with their service. The scooter was where it was where it was supposed to be and their check-in & check out is very easy. I did have trouble with the last scooter that they couldn't repair on the ship & had none at the port. I did Omanage the remainder of the trip without a scooter. About a week later I received a full credit on my charge card. I expected to get a refund for just the days that I had to do without it not a full refund. They were apologetic that they couldn't repair the unit but I figure anything manmade can break down at any time.
