We use Scoot around frequently when we travel. We almost always have an excellent experience with them. We had some problems with the O2 concentrator rental in the New Orleans area in December. The scooter was there and was fine, however the local vendor did not provide a canula and tubing with the O2 concentrator. It took 2 days to get the correct item delivered. Next time I will travel with the tubing from home just in case.
