We needed a wheelchair for my husband for our August 2022 cruise and it was truly a blessing to have the chair waiting for us at the terminal. The location of the booth was in an excellent area as this was where we would check in with Carnival. However, on the last day of the cruise when off-boarding I wish there was an area near customs for drop-off.
