We have rented from Scoot Around several times and have had no problem with the equipment. It works as advertised and is very convenient. Depending on the usage, we may recharge overnight or once in a few days. Make sure you know where (on the cruise ship or in the terminal) to drop off / pick up the scooter. We have rented electric scooters through Scoot Around in Florida, California and England and have always been pleased with them.
