I ordered the electric scooter for my 80+ years old mom on 5 cruises. The first 2 times the deliveries were correct we received the scooters before the ships sailed. We were happy with the service which is helpful to my mom's mobility problem. I would give 5/5 rating at this time. But the last 2-3 times we did not receive any scooter at the ship or outside our cabin as promised. My mom was disappointed because she could do much on the cruises. We booked the scooters weeks before the trips and talked with sales reps on phone and paid in full with our credit cards properly: the CC fund was withdrawn & transferred to Scoot-around before the trips. As a result, we give 1/5 rating. The service is not consistent!
