Scooter never held a charge. Could go to dinner then it died on the way back to the room & needed to be pushed back. Got a wheelchair from ship, & after 3 tries using it left it parked in room. Several people looked at scooter,re connected it to no avail. Once on ship with a dud of machine, stuck with it. Complained afterwards & left note on vehicle so it did not get passed on to another person. WILL NEVER RENt from you again. No refund- no future rental or good comment again.
