The rental folks were great! However, MEGACON was far too packed with people to actually use my scooter, people kept cutting me off from my group causing me to get lost and frustrating my party. I was forced to return the scooter almost immediately and walk the venue instead which was very painful for me. Please consider making the aisles wider, the venue larger or SOMETHING to make it more handicap accessible.
