I called the business to get a replacement and was told that none were available. The Scoot Around was too short. The seat didn't move back. When I used the handle that was supposed to swing me to the side my foot would get caught. It didn't matter which side I turned. The entire experience was very dangerous because I had to lift my leg out every time and my foot kept hitting the middle post. The scooter was unacceptable.
