We have used Scoot Around for several rentals for myself and my wife over the past year. We have rented in Las Vegas, as well as for several different cruises. This experience was one of the worst by far. We experienced issues with our scooter on the last cruise that we took. We notified the guest services desk on board the ship immediately to make it aware that we were having issues. When we returned to port, we notified the employees at the desk when we returned the scooter. And I also called customer service and reported the problems we had. We were asked to give customer service until March 31, 2023, because they were short-staffed and needed extra time. It is now April 14, 2023, and we never did hear back from anyone regarding the issues that we had. It would be greatly appreciated if I was made to feel important, and not that my issues were not that big of a deal to the company. Extremely disappointed in our last experience.
