First time arranging in-cabin drop-off of scooter and oxygen concentrator on this cruise - what a wonderful experience. Was hopeful everything would turn out well and it did. There was even a backup humidifier bottle available which was much appreciated and needed. Only issue was the rubber bumper trim on the bottom of the scooter was loose and partially dangling off onto the floor; it kept getting caught up at times. Managed to get some duct tape from our room steward to serve as a temporary fix. Overall satisfied with equipment.
