I had a 2 day rental for a 3 wheel scooter at the NAB show at LVCC that my company paid for in advance. The scooter rental staff were friendly and courteous. The scooter I rented on day 1 had a power problem so I drove it back and got a replacement which worked better. The only major issue I had with the rental experience was after I returned the scooter on the second day, I received a bill from scoot around that showed a price that was 3 times what we had already paid. I had to call and complain and the guy on the phone said it would be fixed and sent me a new receipt but this time the price was double what we had paid. When I. allied back I was on hold for over an hour and then the call was dropped. I had to call back again today to make sure the invoice was corrected and matched the actual rental rate. Big Hassle.
