Renting a scooter for an employee @ ICSC '23 from Fed Ex @ LVCC was a great experience.
Fed Ex CSR Ryan & Mary were top notch.
I cannot say the same for my experience when contacting Scootaround's main number in Las Vegas.
Your CSR was useless, provided zero basic knowledge, rude & did not have interest in assisting me.
