Having a transport chair for my 90-year-old mom during our cruise was perfect. The only thing that I was concerned with was the return process. Our Royal Caribbean transportation bus was a distance from the Scoot Around tent which made it difficult to load my mom on the bus and then return the chair. Thankfully, Holly told us that she would send someone over to pick up the chair after we got my mom on the bus. I was nervous about this because I wasn't sure that the chair would make it back to the tent and, thus, we would be charged a fee. We left it with the staff member that was assisting passengers onto the bus. Relieved, the chair was delivered back to the tent and I received a confirmation. Having mobility equipment for someone with limitations is a must when traveling on a mega cruise ship. It definitely helped to make my mom's vacation more enjoyable. Thank you.
