I know nothing about plumbing. Jamie in the Cathedral store at Guildford was incredibly helpful today in getting me the right product for the job ( the " automatic stop " valve on a loo cistern had broken ). He genuinely wanted to help and got three different types of valves out before we landed on the right one. It was only a £7 transaction but will I will certainly go back and recommend the store to others too.
