Had to buy a tap three times because it arrived with faults every time, the last time it was noticeably bent. Elouise Driver in the Screwfix Customer Resolution Team was not helpful and I had to fight my corner to not be put in a position of financial detriment. It took over a month to get the right tap. Would not recommend product or service.
