Our builder ordered an Aqualux shower enclosure whilst fitting our new bathroom, delivery was due Wednesday 23/10/19.
Driver arrived with only box 2 of 2, 1st box was not on the van, was checked by the driver and our builder and not there.
Took 24hrs for them to find out where it was and was told that it had been damaged on the van (obvious lie as it was not there in the first place). Replacement sent out but on a 2 day service which under the circumstances should have been sent overnight, we will now receive it Monday 28/10/19, 5 days later than it should have been.
Screwfix customer service apologised but did not want to take any responsibility and the blame is on their supplier, this does not help us or my elderly mother who lives with us. Frustrated and appalled!
