I purchased this product by mistake the guy in the shop did a return for me six days later still money not returned.
Telephoned scewfix today July the 6th. The customer service rep to me there was nothing she could do as the money had been returned from them and that the problem was pay pal. 10 minutes after getting off the phone get an e mail saying money returned from screwfix.. think you were lying my dear bad customer service.
