I visited screwfix at their Kirk Sandall Doncaster store to pick up some fence paint the man that was at the door carried the two big tubs of paint to my car he was so polite and helpful. Unfortunately I didn’t like the colour so I went back to return the unopened second tub. Again the same man took the paint from me took into the shop so I didn’t have to when it was my turn to enter the shop the lady that dealt with my refund was so pleasant and polite. Both these people went above and beyond customer service they are a credit and asset to the company if only all retail staff were that good shopping would be heaven.
