Ordered 2 sofas and paid £300 deposit on the 30th of June with the balance due 72 hours before delivery. I was told the delivery would be on 10th of October so I went to the shop and paid the £700 balance on 5th of October. I got a text 2 days later on the Wednesday at 6:30pm to say there was a delay with my order and could not deliver on the 10th of October it is now the 30th of October and still no delivery date customer service is very bad and no one Returns calls. And no one seems to care that we have been sitting on garden chairs for a month now
