Whilst the sales guys were friendly, they didn’t give me any paperwork when I purchased in store, when I got home I checked the email confirmation and realised 1 of the sofas were missing on the order? Instead they had added insurance and cleaning products to the same value! I attempted to cancel but another manager called me back and managed to save the sale after amending my order and free delivery charge, although told 9 weeks and it’s now 10 weeks with still no sign? Avoid Cambridge branch especially!
