My experience with ScS was the most stressful, antagonising, and frustrating time of my life. I have had lots of experience with purchasing domestic items and occasionally, when things unfortunately were wrong, the companies, in general, strived to correct the problems and life carried on.
Not so, with ScS, for myself. My issue was a faulty carpet. I had all the same problems as anyone else has written with, contact, phone-back, promises of dates, etc. ScS agreed to replace the carpet after six months of repeated contact instigated by myself, and when it finally arrived with the fitter, it had the exact same fault.
I decided enough was enough and went the path of Small Claims Court to get a refund. They ignored all the relevant official letters until a County Court Judgment was served on them, after which, they repaid me. I dont believe that I would have got that result without resorting to the courts. It is a very easy process, and any costs can be claimed at same time. I believe that I should not commit any liable acts against ScS by down-voicing their operation, but if this review helps just one poor pending ScS customer to rethink their purchase then I will be happy.
