We ordered a foot stool to match our three piece suite in June and paid in full at the time. The item was supposed to be delivered to store for us to collect (to avoid the ridiculous delivery fee) in August. By September we hadn't received any update so we contacted customer services. We were promised endless call backs that never came, we received an email to say it was in store only to arrive there to find that it hadn't been delivered to store at all, we were given two delivery dates on which we waited at home and the item didn't arrive, the staff in the store were rude and argumentative and in all I'd say we spent around 12 hours on the phone on numerous occasions trying to get the item we had paid for. We made two official complaints to SCS, both of which were ignored. To top it all, since ordering the foot stool two springs in the sofa have broken and ripped the fabric of the sofa. The staff, service and quality of the products has been very disappointing.
