We ordered 2 power lift armchairs and a matching sofa (not powered). Although we had a lengthy wait due to the coronavirus situation, we were continually kept informed. We were given a delivery date and time slot. On the day the driver rang to say they would be with us at 10am (the earliest time on our slot) and they arrived at that time. The were polite, careful and plugged the chairs in to demonstrate their capabilities. Having asked if there was anything else they could assist with, they cleared and removed the packaging and were on their way. We could not have had a better delivery. Well done SCS and staff.
