Absolute disgrace. My 83 year old mother paid outright for a suite in October she was told delivery would be December 11th. She put her old suite out thinking the new one was going to be delivered then. She is still waiting! After several other dates given she has now been told it will be March. She has nothing to sit on and Scs do not care. They were quick enough in taking her money. She has had every excuse from them. We know of other people who have had delivery's that ordered after she did. Shame on you Scs. Even after saying they would assist me with looking into the suite and several lengthy conversations with them they have done nothing to help me. Myself and my sister have spent days and days trying to resolve this issue and Scs are having none of it. They are quick in taking money of customers KNOWING they are unable to provide the goods. If you are wise from my experience think twice before you give them any money. None of my family will ever use them again.
