Bought 2 sofas last January. Due to covid we had to wait until August for delivery , immediately saw a problem with seating in one of the sofas, contacted scs they sent an 'engineer 'out he said it was due to my husbands weight hes 6ft 2inch and 14 stone not overweight at all, we laughed and sent him on his way. After many a email I engaged an independent furniture inspector.agan scs rejected this .we then proceded to get the money back .Scs refunded the money and collected the sofas last week.I also requested the furniture report money back and they have refunded that also. All I can say is do not give up . Persevere hound them if you have to .you will get yr money back. We did buy a carpet from them at the same time and that is lovely. Shame about service and disgraceful customer service attitude.
