If you purchase a suite from SCS (and I wouldn’t touch SCS with a barge pole) and your goods are defective DO NOT fall for their ‘Company Policy’ drivel that they have to send an Engineer out to provide a written report before they can action anything. Rest assured the Engineer’s visit will be outside the 30 days you have BY LAW to reject the goods within 30 days.
If you can’t get any sense out of Customer Services be sure to contact their Senior Management Team (which isn’t easy by any means) and request this legal right. And follow it up by letter !!!
