Is it possible to leave no stars?Avoid using this company.Terrible customer service.Ordered a carpet,was not told about delivery charge and told fitting was free with underlay.We worked out how much carpet we would need as we measured carefully before going to shop.Was surprised therefore when the surveyor came and measured and said we needed bigger carpet than we had measured.At no point were we given an itemized bill or invoice.I managed to take a quick picture when surveyor was showing me details on his tablet.We went back to the shop to ask to see the original copy of our order that we signed for to be told they don't have them!After discussing the details we asked if the manager could call us the next day to explain the costs etching and to email us copies of any paperwork relating to our bill.Not surprisingly he didn't call,so we made another trip to the shopto cancel the order.The manager was sitting at his desk and never even questioned it just took our details and said someone would contact us regarding the refund as he couldn't issue it.Several days later nobody had been in contact and I contacted customer service who said the store manager had not requested the refund.I was not happy and asked for it to be done immediately.Another several days later no refund has been made and I can't get in contact with anyone at scs. I'm now looking to contact citizens advice to find out how to proceed.Dont buy from scs,trustpilot only show a very few good reviews,but you will find hundreds of bad reviews on other sites.
