Had a faulty carpet installed, should have been replaced but they then lost the carpet in the warehouse. No phone call or communication at all to inform us of this despite us having to clear the whole area for the carpets replacing, we have had no further communication at all from the after care team despite us sending over several emails and numerous calls. We have now resorted to having to go to store where the manager tells us he can’t do anything!! So we will continue to attend store each day until this is resolved
