Put it this way. 16 houses on my estate moved in within the same week. I was the only one who went with SCS for carpets and I am the only one still without carpets. Therefore I will can’t move into my home. The sales team genuinely couldnt care less about you and will tell you random dates your carpet is meant to come. When it doesn’t come they don’t contact you or advise you what the heck is going on. When you do finally get through they give you another random date. I think I’ve used 5 days of my annual leave thinking that my carpets were coming. I would avoid using this company and go to a local carpet company instead.
