SCS are continuing to dispute an obviously damaged G Plan sofa. Morale of the story is…Buy G Plan (great stuff) BUT not from SCS. Having to recover costs through legal route. Never had to do this before but they appear to have a policy of delay, delay, delay regardless of how clear the case is, and hoping you’ll go away eventually. Photos show condition of suite on the day it arrived in May ! They’re arguing it’s now ‘wear n tear’ Nuts
