ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT ADVICE GIVEN by Customer Services on AFTER SALES. On Order number S00965418235 I wanted 3 Months for these items to be delivered which were delivered today BUT the guys could not take the 3 Seater up the stairs due to the bendy staircase and Lift WHICH was EXPLAINED to the Sales Assistant at the time of purchase and was Assured it would be OK as the deliverers were experts. Unfortunately I had to contact SCS customer services on 4 occasions to explain but they left me to my OWN devices to arrange for an UPHOLSTERER via his email at my Expense to sort it out. This is the WORST after sales service I have Dealt with. They have got my money now and that is ALL that matters. I shall be in time contacting WATCHDOG to EXPOSE this Company and alert people to steer clear of their promises.
