A company can be all glitzy and have a fab sales team. The can keep in contact with you by email to remind you of delivery and fitting. But if they then let you down with fitting and delivery after months of waiting and preparation for the day, it is all for nothing. After weeks of waiting for a delivery and fitting of my carpet they did not even have the decency to let us know they had overbooked. Only once we had been left waiting, not being able to get through to the office and being cut off we had to go to the store and wait for 1 hour while they unsuccessfully tried to resolve the issue. Got to wait again now without a stair carpet. We have a suite coming from them as well. I am not filled with hope.
