Poor service from start to end.
Sofa and carpet took 4 months to deliver and fit, which is expected at the moment with covid. However, I was not updated about delays until I contacted through the online form twice. On which I specifically requested email responses due to working hours and still recieved phone calls that I missed. Tried calling back but it's too late and doesn't go straight through to the store.
After writing a poor review on Google, I was contacted by the complaints team and they were helpful. Until I eventually had my carpet fitted and sofa installed. The contractors used left the light on and windows open over night in my new build flat, left thier rubbish (plastic bottle and bits of carpet everywhere) and left a mark in the toilet bowl.
Contacted the complaints team and they could only apologise. Was hoping for a gesture of goodwill because I like the deals they offer and want to be a repeat/loyal customer, but won't be returning after this horrific experience.
